Every bout on November 28 helps open the doors of Iron Ghost Academy, a martial arts academy for at-risk youth under 18. Starting with the Rising Contenders program in Montreal, the Academy will welcome 64 young people each year and give them what a good gym gives: coaches who believe in them, discipline that carries into daily life, and a place to belong.
